TransformHealth Physical Therapy & Coaching was founded in 2025 by Wes Wickwar with a clear vision: to create a clinic where patients are truly heard and given time to share their story, ask questions, and receive personalized care. The approach is holistic, looking beyond just symptoms to factors like movement patterns, old injuries, sleep, stress, and habits. New patient visits are intentionally long (75 minutes) so a full history and thorough exam can be done. Based in Garden City, Kansas, the clinic partners with individuals, groups, and workplaces to help people take control of their health, regain strength, and build long-term resilience – not just eliminate pain but become better overall.
